Ivan Petrychak, a spokesman for the 24th King Danylo Separate Mechanized Brigade, reported on the extremely difficult situation in the Chasovye Yar area in Donetsk Oblast. According to him, the enemy is conducting 3-4 assaults every day, actively using artillery, drones, and aviation.
When asked what the current situation is in the Chasovy Yar area, Petrychak replied: "As of now, the situation is critically difficult, because in the last three weeks there has not been a single day when the occupiers have not launched assaults. There can be 3-4 of them per day. At the same time, the enemy is using artillery, drones, and aviation. The city is being destroyed by KABs.".
According to him, the Ukrainian side observes that, in addition to the KABs, unguided aircraft missiles regularly arrive, which mix the city with the ground and hunt Ukrainian soldiers.
“For now, the front line remains unchanged, running along the Seversky Donets - Donbas canal, but the situation there is critically difficult,” Petrychak said.
DeepState reported that the aggressor had advanced near Kalynivka, Chasovy Yar, Hryhorivka, Vugledar, Olhivka, Kremyane, Tsukurynye, and Zolotaya Niva.
On October 12, the chief of artillery intelligence of the 4th Rubizh Brigade, Captain of the NGU from the Bakhmut direction, Volodymyr Nazarenko, stated that the Russian occupiers were exerting extremely strong pressure, using all available resources, on the eastern front.
