Most Ukrainian conscripts who physically appear at Territorial Service Centers (TSCs) are eligible for a deferral. Others choose alternative ways to update their data.
This was reported by the People's Deputy from the "Servant of the People" party, Oleksandr Fedienko. He noted that currently about 2.7 million conscripts have updated their data in the CCC, administrative service centers, and through the "Reserve+" application.
Fedienko also emphasized that according to the Ministry of Defense, the total number of conscripts in Ukraine is approximately 6 million people, but the CCC does not yet have data on half of them. Data recovery has become more accessible thanks to new update methods.
“If we reach the mark of 3 million updated data, it will mean that almost 50% of those liable for military service will be reflected in the system,” he added.
Fedienko also emphasized that about 90% of military conscripts who apply to the CCC are actually individuals who have legal grounds for receiving a deferment, such as employees, students, and other categories.
