Six carriers have been disconnected from the Shlyakh system for three months due to systematic violations of border crossing rules.
The State Transport Security Service (Uktransbezpeka) has disconnected six carriers from the Shlyakh system for three months due to systematic violations of border crossing rules. The press service of Uktransbezpeka reported this.
The decision was made by the commission on the termination of licensees' access to the Unified Complex of Information Systems of Ukrtransbezpeka.
The outage applies to the following carriers:
- Private entrepreneur Haydaychuk Pavlo Anatoliyovych
- FOP Marynyak Anton Yuriyovych
- Individual entrepreneur P'yanov Vitaliy Igorovych
- FOP Yesin Sergey Viktorovich
- "Shen Logistics" LLC
- LLC “Ishbilen Transport”
According to the materials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, during the period of martial law, these carriers were involved in organizing channels for the transportation of men of draft age across the state border. Persons who were organized to travel outside Ukraine as drivers of motor vehicles did not return to Ukraine within 60 days, thus violating the established rules for crossing the state border.
Ukrtransbezpeka also noted that dozens of other facts of abuse of data entry into the system have been submitted for consideration by the commission. After verifying the information in each case, appropriate decisions will be made.
