Since the beginning of the day on October 3, 92 combat clashes have been recorded on the front. The greatest intensity of the fighting is concentrated in three directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian troops have already repelled 26 out of 31 enemy assaults. Russian troops attacked near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Razine, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, and Filiya.
In the Novopavlivka direction, 19 enemy attacks were recorded in the areas of the settlements of Zeleny Gay, Sosnivka, Vorone, Sichneve, Novoivanivka and towards Novomykolaivka. One combat clash there is still ongoing.
In the Limansk direction, the Russian army carried out nine assaults near Grekivka, Karpivka, Srednye, Shandrygolovy, Kolodyazy, and Torske. Three battles are still ongoing.
The enemy has also become more active in other areas of the front. In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, three attacks were repelled, two more are ongoing. In the South-Slobozhansk direction, six assaults were stopped in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutory, Kamyanka and Krasny Pershy. In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled three attacks near Serebryanka, Viyimka and Yampol. In the Torets direction, our defenders held back nine attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar and Poltavka. In the Hulyaipil direction, four enemy attacks near Poltavka were repelled. In the Prydniprovsky direction, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to attack.
The greatest load currently falls on the Pokrovsky, Novopavlovsky, and Lymansky directions, where more than half of all combat operations of this day are concentrated.
