Ukraine will begin a significant warming period starting March 20, coinciding with the spring equinox. According to weather forecasters, warm air from Western Europe will gradually cover the country, contributing to an increase in temperature and the establishment of sunny, dry weather.
As forecaster Vitaliy Postrygan reported, on March 19, cool weather will continue in Ukraine under the influence of the anticyclone Konstantina. The daytime temperature will fluctuate within +2º…+7º, significant precipitation is not expected. However, from March 20, the situation will begin to change - warm air flows will contribute to a gradual increase in the average daily temperature by 2º every day.
"It will still be cool in the morning, but we will see good "pluses" in the afternoon," the forecaster notes.
According to forecasts, the weekend of March 22-23 will bring comfortable, sunny weather without precipitation. This will be a great opportunity for outdoor recreation and spring activities.
The vernal equinox, which occurs on March 20, is traditionally considered a symbol of nature's awakening. On this day, the length of daylight and night will be equal, after which the days will begin to become longer and the warmth will become more certain.
“Spring is taking its toll, and the weather will be on people's side, helping in all their affairs,” concluded Postrygan.
