In the “Reserve+” application for those liable for military service, unexpected statuses may appear that scare some. However, in most cases there is no reason for concern. Pavlo Lytvyn, deputy head of the mobilization department of the Solomyansky CCC in Kyiv, told hromadske in a comment.
According to him, the status "being clarified" only means that the information provided by the person is currently being verified. For example, if a conscript has submitted a certificate of training, it takes time to confirm this fact. After the data is processed, the status changes.
The status of “subject to conscription” means that a person is deemed eligible for mobilization. In such a case, the conscript may receive a summons or has the right to provide documents confirming the grounds for a deferment.
The status of "temporarily unfit" is granted based on the results of passing a military medical commission (MMC) if the state of health does not allow serving.
The most questions are raised by the status of "wanted". Lytvyn assured: this has nothing to do with criminal prosecution. We are talking about persons who have not appeared at the CCC for a long time, have not updated their data or have changed their place of residence without being removed from military registration. In particular, this often applies to those who, after 25 years (when the draft age ends), have not appeared for registration as a conscript.
The status “removed” means that the person has been removed from the register due to a change in residence or for medical reasons.
Instead, the status of “excluded” is assigned to people who are no longer subject to mobilization — for example, due to age, health, or criminal record. This also includes active military personnel who are no longer subject to military service.
Recall that the “Reserve+” application allows citizens to clarify personal data, submit applications for passing the VLK, and interact with the CCC in electronic format.
