The chief specialist of the citizenship department of the Transcarpathian SMS department, Rakhivska Olena Andriivna, was found to have significant violations in her declarations amounting to 2.73 million hryvnias, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP) reports based on the results of the inspection.
The largest number of violations concerned the section "Cash Assets". In particular, a loan of $100,000 granted in 2020 to citizen Gevorkyan T.M. was not declared. At the NBU exchange rate at that time, this amounted to 2.72 million hryvnias. The funds have not yet been returned, and Rakhivska has taken measures to collect them, including through a lawsuit, so the debt should have been reflected in the declaration.
In addition, data on the ex-husband of Y.V. Rakhivskyi as a family member was unreasonably entered, although the marriage was dissolved by a court decision of October 3, 2023, and cohabitation ceased in 2022. Also, the household where Rakhivskaya and her son actually live, which belongs to the father and was used free of charge, was not declared.
Additionally, the declaration incorrectly indicated information about the Jeep Grand Cherokee (2016), which belongs to the ex-husband and was not used by the official.
According to the conclusions of the inspection, the actions of Olena Rakhivska have signs of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for the declaration of false information.
