The head coach of the Ukrainian youth team, Unai Melhos, has announced the list of players who will prepare for the October matches against Hungary U-21 and Croatia U-21. 24 players have been called up to the "blue and yellow" camp, including several newcomers and five foreign players who represent the championships of Italy, Hungary, England and Germany.
Among the newcomers is Italian Empoli forward Bohdan Popov, who received his first call-up to the youth team. This season, the striker has established himself in the club's first team and has already scored four goals in six Serie B matches.
The largest representation in the team is Zorya Luhansk, which delegated three players.
