The weather in Ukraine will change in the coming days - after a period of abnormal heat, forecasters predict a gradual cooling. The first signs of a temperature change will be felt as early as Friday, March 27.
This was reported by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.
According to its forecast, on Friday the maximum air temperature across the country will be +12…+18 degrees. At the same time, in the eastern regions, in particular in Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava regions, it will be cooler — +8…+11 degrees.
Precipitation is expected locally: rain will fall in places in eastern Ukraine, while significant precipitation is not expected in most of the territory.
There will also be no significant rain in Kyiv on this day. The daytime temperature in the capital will reach about +15 degrees.
At the same time, forecasters warn that this is only a transitional stage. Despite some warm days, the general trend is changing towards a colder climate.
Other meteorologists also predict worsening weather conditions by the end of the week. According to forecaster Igor Kibalchych, rainy weather is expected in the western regions and the far east starting Thursday. On Friday, rain will cover the west of the country, and wet snow is possible in the Carpathians.
On Saturday, strong winds will add to the precipitation, and on Sunday, unstable, rainy weather will persist in most regions.
Forecaster of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center Ivan Semilyt notes that such a change in weather conditions is typical for the end of March. According to him, the spring heat will temporarily recede, but there is no talk of anomalous phenomena.
