Bad weather in Ukraine
In Ukraine, hundreds of settlements were without power this morning due to bad weather, with the worst situation with electricity in the Dnipropetrovsk region. There are also disruptions to public transport in the regions, and ice and strong winds have caused falling trees, traffic jams, and accidents.
The weather will continue to rage in the coming days. In particular, the situation on the roads may worsen significantly, because the sand-salt mixture used to sprinkle roads significantly loses its properties at temperatures below 15° below zero, so you should not leave home unless absolutely necessary. The situation is so complicated that schools in the Odessa region have switched to online learning.
