The Mukachevo court has made a decision regarding a woman with a medical education who was fined for failing to appear after receiving a warning from the head of the CCC. The decision was made on May 13 and posted in the court registry.
The woman has a secondary specialized education in the field of “Medicine”, with a specialty in “Nursing”. This makes her eligible for military service.
On April 9, she received a signed warning (not to be confused with a summons) from the head of the CCC and a summons to her address on April 10 to undergo a medical examination. She ignored it.
The act was classified as a criminal offense. The woman pleaded guilty and repented. For this, she received the minimum punishment - a fine.
We remind you that, unlike a summons, for failure to appear, only an administrative penalty is provided (except for failure to appear for a “combat” summons after passing a medical examination), failure to appear after a warning from the head of the CCC is a criminal offense. However, the penalty for it is quite small: the maximum sanction is a fine of 8,500 hryvnias or correctional labor for up to 1 year.
In addition, a mandatory condition for issuing a warning is that it be personally delivered to the conscript (it cannot be issued in absentia).
