An accident occurred in the Orhei district of Moldova with a regular bus traveling on the Kyiv-Chisinau route, NewsMaker reports.
On January 25, a regular bus traveling on the Kyiv-Chisinau route was involved in a traffic accident near the village of Peresichyne in the Orhei district.
According to preliminary police data, the driver of the vehicle lost control, causing the bus to veer off the road, damaging a metal fence and a road sign.
Two passengers, a man and a woman, were injured in the incident. They were taken to Orhei District Hospital for medical attention.
The driver, born in 1956, passed an alcohol test, which showed that he was sober. The police are currently establishing the circumstances and causes of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
