Preparing for a leaders' summit: what is known about the negotiations in March

According to sources, the next meeting in the Ukraine-USA-Russia format may take place in early March in Abu Dhabi .

According to preliminary data, the main topic will be the preparation of a possible meeting at the level of state leaders. This involves agreeing on the parameters, format, and agenda of potential talks between the heads of state.

The interlocutors note that the parties are currently working on technical details, including a list of issues that could be put up for discussion. These include security guarantees, ceasefire parameters, and mechanisms for further negotiations.

There is no official confirmation of the date and composition of the delegations yet. However, sources emphasize that the consultations are continuing behind closed doors, and the final decision on holding the meeting will depend on the positions of all three parties.

If the format is agreed upon, this meeting could become a key stage in preparing for a possible summit between the leaders of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia.
