NV magazine published the Top-100 most influential Ukrainians , which became the first such rating during a full-scale war.
The first place among the hundred most influential Ukrainians according to NV was taken by the head of state Volodymyr Zelenskyi, who, despite more than five years of presidency, according to sociological surveys, currently has the highest trust rating among domestic politicians.
In the second place of the rating is the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, whose exclusive proximity to the first person in the state turned him into a powerful official, in whose hands are concentrated important levers of the functioning of the state.
The three leaders are rounded off by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi — the fate of the Ukrainian army, as well as defensive and offensive operations at the front, has depended on his decisions for more than half a year.
He is followed by representatives of the country's defense department — Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov and head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov.
Under Umerov's leadership, the Ministry of Defense was able to digitize the records of conscripts and military personnel by launching the Reserve+ and Army+ applications, and communication with Western colleagues contributed to the transfer of long-awaited F-16s to Ukraine. And subordinates of the country's chief intelligence officer Budanov participate in secret and successful special operations to destroy the enemy at the front and in the rear — from the temporarily occupied Crimea and the Russian hinterland to the countries of the African continent.
The sixth position in the rating of the Top 100 most influential Ukrainians according to NV was taken by the head of the Security Service Vasyl Malyuk, whose influence is determined by a number of successful special operations to eliminate collaborators and the actual expulsion of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation from Crimea with the help of maritime drones developed with the participation of the SBU.
Next comes the head of the National Bank Andriy Pishnyi, whose professional skills contributed to the preservation of the macro-financial stability of the entire country in the conditions of the great war and ensured the stability of the domestic banking system.
In eighth place was the billionaire and owner of SCM Rinat Akhmetov, who, despite the loss of some of his assets, remains the richest citizen of Ukraine with a capital of $6.9 billion and has a significant influence on the life of the country.
Rounding out the top ten hundred most influential Ukrainians is the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, whose most famous achievement was the Diya application, and now he oversees domestic drone manufacturers, and Deputy Head of the Office of the President Oleg Tatarov, who, despite a number of scandals and a dubious past, all still retains its influence.
