Ukraviaprom, which has repeatedly participated in military tenders, has again been in the center of the scandal. According to StopCor Journalists, the company may be involved in the supply of poor quality equipment, which poses a threat to the lives of servicemen, especially in cases of aviation property.
According to market participants and military sources, cases of submission of doubtful documentation were recorded at least three times: in 2022, 2024 and 2025. In some situations, due to the vigilance of representatives of the Armed Forces, the supply of poor quality products has been prevented in the last stages of procurement.
The connected network of firms?
Journalists have found that the person informed of history is a businessman Vladimir Kryukov, who can be connected not only with Ukraviaprom LLC but also with a number of companies: Vedar-Eco LLC, Aviarlad LLC, TB Avayainvest, Aviarlad 1 LLC and Estonian V & D Systoms Oü. All of these firms have different times in similar tender processes for the supply of equipment for the defense sector.
Legal Assessment: A Criminal Code Possible
According to the comment provided by the Law firm "Ilyashev and partners", the actions of the company's officials may contain signs of the following criminal offenses:

attempted to obstruct the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces (Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code),

official forgery (Article 366 of the Criminal Code),

attempted seizure of public funds by deception (Articles 15, 190 of the Criminal Code),

Use of counterfeit documents (Article 358 of the Criminal Code).
Despite serious comments on the company's activities, official law enforcement agencies have not yet reported the opening of criminal proceedings. However, the StopCor edition has already addressed the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the forces of the Armed Forces and representatives of the law firm for clarification and awaits answers.
Systemic problem or is a single case?
Participants in the defense market, with whom journalists communicated, emphasize that the situation with Ukraviaprom LLC is not exceptional. During the active phase of war, a number of attempts were found to supply poor quality equipment - in particular for aviation units, where a mistake can cost life.
If the facts are confirmed, there is a regular scandal in the field of defense - and in critical sector security.
