According to the TCC and JV, at about 10:20 the same day the man was delivered to the center by the police. Then the man remained in the Tax Code, waiting for departure to the training center. However, at about 17:40, his health had deteriorated sharply: he faded and lost consciousness. An ambulance and a reanimation were called at the signal of the CCC employees, but the resuscitation measures did not produce results. At 18:30 doctors stated death.
An investigative police group was called to the scene. According to preliminary data, no violations in the CCC and JV were detected. Physical effects were also not used, and no bodily injury was detected in the deceased. According to the medical examination, death was caused by acute heart failure.
