TV presenter Lebid talked about her weight and active metabolism

Famous Ukrainian TV presenter Olena-Khrystina Lebid has confessed how much she really weighs and shared her attitude towards nutrition. Despite her thin physique, she emphasizes that this is her natural feature, and not the result of strict diets or starvation.

The star said that her weight has remained stable throughout her life - about 40 kilograms. According to the presenter, this is not due to deliberate dietary restrictions.

“I weigh 40. But, honestly, I've been stuck at one figure all my life. I guess I have an organism that decided for itself a long time ago: 'Eat or not, you'll still weigh that much,'” Olena-Khrystina noted in an interview with Oboz.ua.

The TV presenter also commented on her diet. She does not eat meat, adhering to a vegan lifestyle, but does not consider herself a person who strictly limits herself in food. An active metabolism helps her stay in shape without excessive effort.

"Although, of course, I have certain restrictions: I'm a vegan, I don't eat meat. But in general, everything that enters the body burns very quickly. I was once told that sanguine and choleric people are people with a very active metabolism. Because they have a mobile temperament - they live on emotions. And indeed, I don't walk - I run, jumping," Lebid added.

Olena-Khrystina is known for her energy, charisma, and positivity. Her lifestyle and natural features arouse interest among fans, but the presenter assures that everything that happens to her is not the result of strict diets, but rather a combination of temperament, genetics, and activity.
