An explosion occurred near a residential building in the Kyiv region, injuring law enforcement officers. The incident is being classified as a terrorist act, the National Police reported.
The incident occurred today at around 5:35 a.m. in the Buchanskyi district. The explosion occurred near a high-rise building, damaging windows in the building.
Upon receiving the report, law enforcement officers quickly arrived at the scene. They immediately restricted access to the area and warned residents of the possible danger of repeated explosions, acting according to established protocols for responding to terrorist threats.
During the inspection of the territory, another explosion occurred. As a result, two police officers were injured. According to preliminary information, their lives are not in danger.
