Foreigners committed lewd acts against children, which they recorded on mobile phones and then distributed the produced materials on the Internet.

The men were charged with recruiting minors and minors for sexual exploitation, child abuse, and production and distribution of child pornography under Part 3 of Article 149, Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 156, and Part 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

A report of suspicion was sent to the law enforcement agencies of the countries whose citizens the exposed foreigners are.
