Until 8:00 a.m. on January 20, 2025, users of the Diya mobile application and the Unified State Services Portal may experience temporary inconvenience due to restricted access to some services. The reason is planned technical work aimed at improving the functioning of the platform.
This was reported in the press service of "Diya".
As the Ministry of Digital Transformation explains, the work is related to the restoration of the infrastructure of state registers, which is carried out by the State Enterprise "National Information Systems".
The message states that "Diya" does not store personal data of users, but only displays them, receiving information from the relevant registers. Therefore, during technical works, the services related to these registers will be temporarily unavailable.
Which services will become unavailable:
- Registration of individual entrepreneurs (FOP) and Diya.QR service.
- Reservation of employees.
- Data from the State Register of civil status acts of citizens, in particular:
- legal records of birth, marriage, divorce, name change;
- birth certificates;
- extracts about the place of residence of the child.
Social services:
- assistance for children with disabilities or their caregivers;
- assistance in adopting a child;
- assistance to single parents for a child;
- winter support for children.
- Subsidy applications.
The Ministry of Statistics urges you to follow updates on the "Diya" social networks and assures that all services will be restored after the completion of technical work.
"Together with you, we are waiting for the completion of updating the registers. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding," the portal said.
We will remind you that the "Diya" portal restored the operation of several key services after the cyber attack, in particular, grants for business development and support for the unemployed.
