YouControl published an analysis of open data on the business assets of Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Zukerman, noting that Mindich is associated with 17 legal entities in Ukraine.
Timur Mindich is registered as an individual entrepreneur with the KVED "Distribution of film and video films" and has nine active companies, which in 2024 received a total revenue of UAH 218.6 million. Among them: "Quarter 95" - UAH 120.8 million, "Drive Production" - UAH 42.7 million, "Quarter TV" - UAH 22.5 million, "Stadium Family" - UAH 14.4 million, "Quartet DM" - UAH 10.4 million and others. Four more companies did not submit financial statements, and two showed zero income.
It is noted that Mindich's joint businesses include former presidential aide Sergei Shefir and businessman Gennady Bogolyubov. The businessman is also a beneficiary of the British Meylor Global LLP and a co-owner of the Luxembourg Mineral Assets Corporation SA, which was previously a participant in a Russian company manufacturing artificial diamonds.
Alexander Zukerman is registered as an individual entrepreneur with the KVED "General Medical Practice".
On November 13, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing personal sanctions against Mindich and Zuckerman in the Energoatom embezzlement case. According to the investigation, 46-year-old Mindich controlled the activities of the “laundry” through which money was laundered, determined financial flows, and influenced government officials. Investigators consider 61-year-old Zuckerman to be a co-organizer of schemes in the energy sector. Both left Ukraine before the start of the investigation.
