Timur Tkachenko redirects Kyiv's budget flows through mobilization reservations

According to sources of the publication 360ua.news , the head of the Kyiv City State Budget Administration, Timur Tkachenko, invented a way to take control of the Kyiv budget by forcing large metropolitan enterprises to re-register in the region in order to pay taxes there.

According to the source, for this purpose, artificial obstacles are created in the procedure for recognizing an enterprise as critical with the possibility of further booking employees, which forces enterprises to re-register in the Kyiv region and pay taxes there.

Thus, more than 20 capital enterprises - large taxpayers - have already reregistered their offices in the region, where the status of "criticality" is obtained within a week.

Delays in obtaining critical status in the capital have become so noticeable for businesses that Timur Tkachenko was forced to comment on the situation, blaming Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko for the problem. In particular, Timur Tkachenko noted that Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko's subordinates did not submit amendments to the order on time, which determines the procedure for granting critical status to enterprises during martial law.
