The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko officially left the staff of the Supervisory Board of JSC "UkrPoshta". He announced his decision on June 1 on his Facebook page, explaining it with the need to fully concentrate on the management of the capital in martial law.
“Currently, my path as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrposhta has ended. I am fully focused on work for Kiev and Kyivans for all five months as the Chief of the KMVA. To combine this work with the supervisory function in the state company is inappropriate and inactive, ”Tkachenko wrote.
According to Liga.net, citing the SMIDA system, Tkachenko officially left the council on May 29, 2025 at his own request. At present, the new representative of the state has not been appointed to the Supervisory Board.
Tkachenko held this position for a little more than half a year. The composition of the Supervisory Board remains almost unchanged: Rinat Abdrasilov, Gary John Kerrol, Elena Malinskaya, Igor Mitukov and Sergey Derkach still work in it.
Timur Tkachenko was appointed Chief of the Kyiv City Military Administration by the decree of President Vladimir Zelensky on December 31, 2024. Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Minister of Community and Territories Development and had close cooperation with Alexei Kuleba, who in September appointed the Viceremer in September.
In November 2024, Tkachenko temporarily headed the operational headquarters to eliminate the consequences of a large -scale man -made accident in Kryvyi Rih, where more than 110,000 residents were left without heating. Before that he worked at the KSCA, where he managed the Department of Urban Improvement.
In 2023-2024 he also held the post of Deputy Minister for Strategic Industry.
