In 2023, Ukrainians donated 7,000 liters of blood through the DonorUA online platform

During 2023, the DonorUA platform confirmed 14,000 donation acts, which led to the collection of 7,000 liters of blood.

According to the platform, these impressive numbers reflect the significant contribution of the donor community. It is noted that 7,000 liters of blood can be seen as potentially 50,000 lives saved.

During the year, 35,000 new donors joined the donor movement on the platform, which brings the total number of registered on the platform to 150,000.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Health, the platform arranged 35 blood deliveries to the front, each of which can save up to 1,500 wounded.

Not only the wounded benefited from this initiative, but also people fighting cancer, as well as Ukrainians in need of organ transplants, received the necessary help in the form of blood.
