In the center of Kyiv, an unknown person tried to damage the flags erected in honor of the fallen soldiers

On Maidan Nezalezhnosti, an unknown man poured incendiary liquid on the flags erected in honor of the fallen Ukrainian soldiers. The incident happened today, January 6. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv.

"The police discovered a video in which a young man pours liquid from a lighter bottle on the flags that are erected for fallen soldiers and tries to set them on fire while monitoring social networks," the police said.

The specified information was reportedly registered by the Shevchenko Police Department.

"Currently, law enforcement officers are taking measures to identify the violator and arrest him," the police said.
