In the "Action" application, a new opportunity has appeared - to join the Drone Army . Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of this service, which will simplify the recruiting process for those willing to become part of the units of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators.
According to Fedorov, after submitting the application, the candidate enters the selected unit, and undergoes basic military training already with a signed contract. It is important to note that confirmation of fitness for service takes place at the stage of application submission, which eliminates the need to pass a military medical commission (MMC).
How does recruiting work at Diya
Recruiting in the new functionality of the application is similar to the job search process on a job site. The user can choose the desired brigade or unit using filters, and then send one or more applications. After that, the recruiter invites the candidate to an interview, as a result of which a contract is signed.
"Motivated fighters should become the basis of the army. Within the Drone Army, we have formed and staffed hundreds of strike companies, trained tens of thousands of operators who work according to the new doctrine. In order to increase the number of qualified operators, the Ministry of Defense has already started certifying private schools of UAV operators," Fedorov said, emphasizing the importance of this step to ensure the growth of the number of professional operators.
We would like to remind you that already in October of this year, a recruiting service will appear in the "Reserve+" application of the Ministry of Defense, which will allow users to quickly find relevant vacancies in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
