In "Action" there will be digital diplomas and certificates

From now on, Ukrainians will be able to keep their diplomas on education - from a school certificate to a scientific degree - in the application "Action". The resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, as reported by MP Alexei Goncharenko.

According to the People's Deputy, electronic diplomas will have full legal force similar to physical documents. This means that "Actions" users will be able to present a digital document instead of paper-for entry, employment, or any official procedures that require confirmation of education.

Documents will be formed automatically on the basis of records in a single state electronic database on education (EEBO). So, if education is already in this database, they will appear in "Action" without additional requests.

The new function covers a wide range of educational documents: school certificates, bachelor's diplomas, master, specialist, as well as documents on postgraduate education and scientific degrees. This will greatly simplify access to educational confirmations both in Ukraine and abroad.

The Ministry of Defense says that the emergence of diplomas in "Action" is an next step towards a full digital state. It also reduces the risk of forgery, as all records will be synchronized with the official state base.
