In several cities of Ukraine, in particular in Dnipro and Kharkiv, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Centers began to transmit information about clients to the territorial centers of staff. About it reports the newspaper "Informant" with reference to eyewitnesses of events.
The scheme looks like this: a man comes to the service center for a standard service - for example, to register a vehicle or replace the driver's license. During the procedure, its data is checked through the "Charming" information system, which allows you to identify those who are wanted or have not updated military accounting data.
If the system detects a violation, the service center staff report it to the police or law enforcement officers on the spot. In some cases, representatives of the CCC are called directly to the building center.
Eyewitnesses say that the reaction of the staff depends on the specific administrator. Some warn customers about possible check and give the opportunity to abandon the service, others operate without warning. According to the lawyers, the client has the right to stop the service at any stage until the completion is completed.
Such cases are also confirmed in Kharkiv, although the official reaction from the Ministry of Internal Affairs or CCC has not been received.
The situation has caused an ambiguous reaction in society - part of citizens considers it an increase in control during martial law, others - a violation of human rights. Human rights activists urge citizens to know their rights and seek legal assistance in case of doubtful actions by employees of state institutions.
