Mass violations of anti -corruption legislation were revealed in the Holosiivskyi District State Administration of Kyiv. This was reported by the Department of Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the KSCA on the results of the audit.
In particular, it was found that four officials of the Social and Veteran Policy Department were appointed in violation of the special inspection procedure. They have already been released before the check was completed.
In addition, six more cases of doubtful appointments in the RDA units, in particular in the management of housing and communal services, the Center for Administrative Services and Education Management, have been identified. The inspection is currently underway and, according to the administration, the violation will be eliminated in the near future.
The check also found numerous other violations, including:
-
failure to notify the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) about 33 potential facts of violations;
-
violation of the period of notification of termination of powers of persons to file declarations;
-
cases of untimely submission or in general failure to file declarations;
-
violations during special inspections during appointment to positions with high corruption risk;
-
lack of proper assessment of corruption risks in the structure of RDA.
The department emphasized that such violations should be eliminated immediately and responsible persons should be held accountable under the law. The results of the audit have already become the basis for further response by the controlling bodies.
This case was another evidence that the problem of formal or selective compliance with anti -corruption legislation remains relevant at the level of district administrations of Kyiv.
