In the city of Kamianske in Dnipropetrovsk region there was an incident with the use of firearms just in the yard of an apartment building. Local publications report that the man opened the shooting from the machine, and all this happened near the child.
The published video recorded a conflict between two men, during which the third tries to approach from behind and pick up the machine. It was at this point that shots were fired.
