In a colony in Poltava region exposed an organized group of executioners

Cruel abuse, systematic torture and even murder of prisoners - such spooky facts exposed investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation in the Bozhkov Correctional Colony # 16 in Poltava. As it turned out, these crimes are directly involved in the colony officials who acted as an organized criminal group.

According to the investigation, almost all newcomers were the victims of the executioners. Immediately after their arrival, they were forced to clean the floor on the camera, after which they were beaten and humiliated until they were completely obeyed.

  • One of the prisoners died of injuries.
  • One of the victims made more than 200 blows with hands, feet, rubber sticks and sticks.
  • The convicts were beaten, their hands were twisted and to other torture in the event of any refusal to obey.

Currently, five colony officials have been informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 28 (organized group) and Part 2 of Art. 127 (torture) the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The leader of the group is also suspected of Part 2 of Art. 121 (deliberate grievous bodily harm).

They face up to 10 years in prison for these crimes.

The scandal can gain even larger, as the investigation is ongoing.
