In Kiev, the conflict between the city authorities and the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko. The KSCA has publicly accused the KMVA of signing key orders, including defense, and in response, Tkachenko accused the subordinates of Klitschko of lies, corruption and populism.
On July 7, the Kyiv City State Administration published an appeal to Tkachenko, which emphasized that almost 60 orders have not been signed since the beginning of 2025, some of which concerned the defense of the city, mobilization, assistance to people with disabilities and victims of Russian shelling.
The KSCA post states that the documents cannot be agronted electronically because of privacy - paper signatures are required. At the same time, officials emphasize that the delay creates risks to the city's life in war.
In confirmation of its words, the KSCA published a list of 52 orders, which, according to the city, were sent to the KMVA in the period from January 10 to July 4, 2025, but have not yet been signed. Some of them were re -sent. Documents include the decision to create commissions for inspection of damaged objects, recognition of enterprises critically important and social initiatives.
In response, Timur Tkachenko stated that he would not "arrange a burning on social networks" and promised to convene a press conference. He invited Vitaliy Klitschko to join the open discussion, where, according to him, "documentary evidence" will show that the accusations of the KSCA are false.
"The subordinated nicknames once again lied for the sake of political PR," Tkachenko wrote. - Let's figure out who and what really does not sign. "
At the same time, the KMVA head hinted at corruption problems in the KSCA structure, advising the City Hall to "get rid of drinks and corrupt officials", as well as finally finance the defensive needs of Kiev - air defense, shelter, veteran programs.
As of July 8, neither the KMVA nor the KSCA had released the official date of the press conference. The question remains whether the case will come to the public analysis of the conflict.
Recall Timur Tkachenko was appointed head of the KMVA in December 2023. Since then, public contradictions between its structure and the mayor of Kyiv have emerged periodically. The current situation is the most acute in recent months.
