Over the past half of a year, apartments in the secondary market of Kiev have been significantly raised. The average cost of one square meter increased by 12.86% - from 56 860 to 64 173 UAH. Compared to last year, housing prices in the capital increased by 8.91% - or more than 5 200 UAH. Over the last month, growth is less noticeable - only 0.83% or almost 530 UAH.
Price gap in Kiev - over 60 thousand UAH per "square"
The cheapest apartments can still be found in Svyatoshinsky district - 46 924 UAH/m². The most expensive is the Pechersk district, where the average cost exceeds 111 758 UAH/m². The difference between them is over UAH 64 thousand.

The situation is similar to other regional centers. Most 1-rooms were rushed in Uzhgorod-by 16%. In Zhytomyr - by 13%, Cherkasy - by 12%, Odessa - by 10%.
