A new scandal around the activity of a group of deputies working in the interests of businessman Denis Komarnitsky is unfolding in the Kyiv City Council. About it reports NGO "Non-stop Ukraine".
It is about the creation of a stable corruption network with the participation of deputies of Kyiv City Council of the IX convocation from the "servant of the people" - Andriy Vitrenko, Georgy Zantarai, Yevgeny Kuzmenko and Mykola Konopelko. According to investigators, the activity of this group covers the illegal development of budget funds, raiding the land of the capital and evasion of mobilization due to influence on territorial centers of acquisition.

According to sources, deputies use links in the Tax Code, drawing up fictitious certificates of unfitness for military service or providing "reservation" of controlled persons. This undermines confidence in the mobilization campaign and creates unequal conditions for citizens during the war.
According to investigators, the corruption activity of this group has helped Denis Komarnitsky for years to strengthen control of the capital through land distribution, budget flows and tenders.
