Today, the capital at the state level will celebrate the third anniversary of the full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine . In this regard, temporary restrictions on traffic , the public transport routes will be changed, and the Independence Square .
This was reported in the press services of the Kyiv City State Administration and the KMVA.
The people of Kyivans and guests are urged to plan routes in advance and take into account changes to avoid inconvenience.
Temporary restrictions on traffic and parking will operate in the Pechersk and Shevchenko districts of the capital. In particular, the movement will be blocked:
from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00:
- Str. Great Zhytomyr (from Vladimirskaya St. to Mikhailovskaya Street);
- Str. Mikhailovskaya (from the Great Zhytomyr Street to Mikhailovsky);
- Str. Volodymyrska (from the Great Zhytomyr Street to Vladimir);
- Vladimir passage.
From 07:00 to 11:00:
- Str. Khreshchatyk (from European Square to Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street).
The Independence Square metro station will not work and exit from 07:00 to 11:00. However, the transplant knot between the Independence Square and Khreshchatyk will remain open.
How will public transport routes change?
Since the beginning of the movement and approximately until 19:00, land public transport will run on changed routes:
- Trolleybus №6 - from the Minsk array to Art. Lukyanovskaya.
- Trolleybus №18 - from the street. Soshenko to the Airflotsky Overpass.
- Buses №110, 111, 114 - respectively from the street. Miloslav and Darnytsky Square to the European Square.
- Bus # 62 - will run in two sections: Kontraktova Square - European Square and Botanical Garden - Bessarabian Square.
