There was an incident at a construction site in the capital: a 19-year-old young worker robbed his 54-year-old colleague, taking his wallet with money. The perpetrator explained his act by the fact that, in his opinion, he worked harder than the victim. This is reported by the Kyiv police.
According to law enforcement officers, the 54-year-old victim and his 19-year-old partner were working on one of the capital's construction sites. After finishing work, the young man decided that he worked more than his colleague, so he decided to take his earnings for himself. The boy waited for the man to leave the construction site, caught up with him and snatched the wallet with money and documents from his hands, after which he fled in an unknown direction.
The operatives quickly located the suspect and detained him. Law enforcement officers seized a wallet with money and the victim's documents from the perpetrator.
A 19-year-old man from Kyiv was informed of suspicion under 4 Art. 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to ten years in prison.
