In Kyiv, due to the pipeline accident, 452 houses were left without heating

In the Solomyan district of the capital, there was an accident on the pipeline, as a result of which 452 residential buildings were left without heating. Utility services are already working to eliminate the problem, but the restoration of heat supply will take at least a day.

As indicated in the KMDA, the diameter of the damaged pipeline is 450 mm.

For the buildings of the Mykola Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery and Road Clinical Hospital No. 2, mobile boiler rooms have been deployed to heat the premises and maintain the required temperature.

Currently, specialists of KP "Kyivteploenergo" are carrying out work on pumping out water from the thermal chamber.

The works are planned to be completed in a day, the KMDA said.

Damage repair and other additional information will be reported on the Kyiv Communal Telegram channel.
