Two residents of Kiev brutally attacked a serviceman, trying to force him to forgive their debt. The attackers used power, tried to steal the man, but they were prevented by military friends. Both intruders were detained and sent to a 24 -hour house arrest.
How everything happened
The conflict began after the military borrowed his car to a friend. He damaged the car and, without repairing, took the money from the car owner. However, instead of repaying the debt, the debtor decided to go the other way - he asked two friends to "solve the issue".
The attackers tracked the military in the cafe, and then attacked him, beat and tried to push into the car. However, they were prevented by the victim's friends who ran for help. After that, the attackers fled from the scene.
Consequences for attackers
Law enforcement officers promptly detained two men under Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine. They were suspected under Part 2 of Art. 355 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-"Forcing to fulfill or failure to fulfill civil obligations with the use of violence". The court chose them a preventive measure in the form of 24 -hour house arrest.
The investigation is currently underway, and the victim is testimony. If the attackers are proved in court, they are threatened with serious punishment.
