In recent months, apartment prices have risen sharply, which has created new challenges for both buyers and investors. The analysis shows a diverse picture across different districts of the capital, each with its own characteristics and trends.

During this period, the cost per square meter increased by almost UAH 5,000 - from an average of UAH 52,771 to UAH 57,730.
In the capital's districts, the cost of "squares" ranges from an average of 42,654 to 85,791 UAH. That is, the difference is 43,173 UAH - a whole square meter in the cheapest district.
The lowest were recorded in Desnyanskyi district – 42,654 UAH. And also:
Svyatoshynskyi – 52,868 UAH;
Darnytskyi – 53,264 UAH;
Podilskyi – 55,236 UAH;
Obolonskyi – 56,364 UAH;
Solomyanskyi – 57,184 UAH;
Dniprovskyi – 57,715 UAH;
Holosiivskyi – 59,214 UAH.
According to analysts, the most expensive place to buy an apartment is in the Pechersk district – an average of 85,791 UAH per “square meter”. And in addition, in Shevchenkivske – 73,858 UAH.
For 1-room apartments, property owners most often set the price per “square meter” at 54,000 UAH. 8.4% of sales ads are formed at this price.
In the cheapest segment, it is most difficult to find ads for the sale of apartments, the prices of which are formed based on the cost of a “square” of UAH 15,000. There are 0.1% of such ads.
