The owners of eight apartments were fined in Lviv for replacing historical windows

The owners of apartments in the historical part of Lviv received fines for unauthorized replacement of authentic wooden windows with plastic ones. The administrative commission of the Lviv City Council has decided to impose fines on eight violators, each of which has to pay a maximum fine of UAH 1700.

About it reports Lvivrada.

Violations were found in homes on the streets of Heroes of the Maidan, Kotlyarskaya, Krakowska, Nalyvaika, Armenian, Prince Roman, Krypiakevych and Galician Square. The LMR cultural heritage office stressed that penalties are only one of the mechanisms for monitoring compliance with the legislation on the protection of historical heritage.

Lviv City Council calls for residents to carry out restoration work professionally using co -financing programs. These programs, in particular, provide support for the restoration of historical gates and windows, as well as the replacement of plastic windows with wooden ones.

Lviv also conducts training for residents and managers of homes to preserve monuments, where they tell about proper restoration work and the necessary approvals.

We will remind that in Lviv region 145 judges are registered by the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and receive lifelong monetary deduction. The average amount of their pension reaches 112 thousand hryvnias per month.
