The arrested concrete plant in Lviv, which is associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, continues to work despite the ban. This was reported by the National Agency for Investigation and Asset Management (ARMA) on June 19.
During the inspection, inspectors found that the production of concrete solutions and their sale continued on the site. In addition, seized specialized transport is used - despite the fact that the enterprise, by court decision, should be stopped until the appointment of a new manager.
"This case is another example of how arrested assets related to persons suspected of assisting the aggressor state are trying to get out of state control," the ARMA said.
The agency has already turned to video from surveillance cameras, data on routes and monitoring of transport to find out who resumed the plant.
On the published video, the employees of the company refused to report on whose instructions they went to work.
The plant is located in Lviv on the streets of Gorodotskaya and Taras Shevchenko, and also has production facilities in the village of Halychyna. In its structure - concrete nodes, hangars, offices, laboratories and warehouses.
Previously, this asset belonged to Betonbud. According to the DBR, her beneficiaries were Victor Medvedchuk's brother - Sergey and his partner's brother Taras Kozak - Bogdan. Both were suspected of tax evasion (Part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code).
We will remind, Viktor Medvedchuk was accused of treason, but in September 2022 he was exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners, including Azov fighters.
ARMA has also recently started a manager's search for another asset associated with Medvedchuk - PJSC "Segezh Orian Ukraine" in Kalush.
