In the mobile application for military reserve+ two new types of delay from service will appear in the near future. In addition, in the summer of 2025, Ukrainians will be able to pay fines for violation of military accounting rules simply because of the application - and at the same time get a discount of 50%.
This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernnoroenko on the air of the telecast.
What will change:
By May 8, 2025, two new types of delay are planned to be implemented:

for persons with temporary unfitness (from 6 to 12 months)-on the basis of the opinion of the Military Medical Commission;

For men or women who have a child under 18 years of age and wife/husband in the Armed Forces.
“These are the sensitive requests we often received from Ukrainians. The main goal is to provide these services online, without queues and bureaucracy, ”Chernororenko said.
Another innovation is the ability to pay a fine through reserve+:

It will be possible to apply, to obtain a ruling and to pay it directly in the application;

This will have a 50%discount if the payment is made on time;
-
The user will receive confirmation of the absence of a violation.
These digital changes should simplify the interaction of the military with the state and reduce the load on the CCC.
