In the evening of May 13, a 19-year-old girl was attacked by a man dressed in a military uniform. Previously, he introduced himself as an employee of the local territorial procurement center (TCC). During the attack, he brutally beat the girl with a crutch, which resulted in serious injuries.
The victim shared the story on her social media account. According to her, she and three friends came to the police to report the attack by the taxi driver who threw pepper spray in their faces. It was at this time that a man in military uniform entered the police station, introducing himself as an employee of the TCC. After the victims reported the incident, they were only allowed to leave after a two-hour wait.
Later, the law enforcement officers released two 19-year-old boys, and the third was left at the police station for further investigation. The girl decided to go with one of the boys, to which the TCC employees agreed.
But when the boy got into the car, the girl was not allowed inside. At that moment, a man in military uniform approached her and brutally beat her with a crutch.
According to the victim, she received two cuts on her head, numerous bruises all over her body, and a contusion of her right shoulder muscle. The girl received medical help at a local hospital. 
The Territorial Picking Center (TCC) in Odesa reported that they had started an internal investigation into this incident. The statement states that if the guilt of the employees of this institution is confirmed, they will be prosecuted in accordance with the current legislation. It is also noted that the TCC condemns any manifestations of violence and is ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to reveal all the circumstances of the incident.
