In the village of Motyzhyn, the Kiev region, on July 15, a terrible murder occurred: a 39-year-old man, while intoxicated, brutally killed his own mother. This was reported by police of the Kiev region.
According to preliminary data, the man came to his parents and began to demand money from them. During the quarrel, he grabbed a wooden chair and struck about seven blows on the head and the body of a 69-year-old mother. The woman was killed on the spot.
Police quickly established the location of the attacker and detained it. He is currently in a temporary detention center.
Investigators have already informed him of the suspicion of the article of premeditated murder - Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are ongoing.
For such crimes, Ukraine is imprisoned for up to 15 years.
