Chernev confirms that the demobilization of servicemen who have served 36 months since February 24, regardless of whether they are in contract service or were mobilized, is being discussed.

Currently, the draft law has been considered by the committee for approximately 80%, and it can be recommended to be adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the 1st reading and finalized before the 2nd reading. And they can consider the revised "committee" draft law (but it is necessary to become its initiators and take responsibility for the deputies), or send the draft law to the Ministry of Defense for revision.
Chernev also said that changes in mobilization will apply to men abroad. However, currently there are "more questions than answers" regarding this category of Ukrainians in the legislation. Judging by everything, the problem of staffing in the Armed Forces is quite acute.
