The police detained the man in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, and physical evidence was seized from his apartment.

According to the specified fact, the investigators initiated criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism.

According to the legislation, pyrotechnics, salutes, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited during the legal regime of martial law.
