Trukhanov had a stepfather who gave his mother more than 11 million

According to the Center for Public Investigations, Gennadiy Trukhanov, the mayor of Odesa, stated in the declarations for 2021 and 2022 that he has a stepfather, Mykola Danylyuk, who was not previously mentioned in the declaration for 2020, and received a loan from his mother.

In 2021, the stepfather gave the mayor's mother the sum of 11 million 577 thousand 213 hryvnias. However, the declarations for those two years are otherwise little different, except that in 2022 the mayor borrowed $200,000 from his mother.

Additionally, the declarations for 2021 and 2022 do not indicate the presence of an apartment with an area of 149 square meters. m and a parking space with an area of 13 square meters. m, which belong to his eldest daughter, Kateryna Trukhanova. An apartment belonging to Tetyana Koltunova's ex-wife and their daughter Alisa is also listed.

In the declaration for 2020, the mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, noted the presence of watches from such brands as Rolex, Ulysse Nardin, Patek Philippe, Breguet, A. Lange & Sohne, although the value of the collection was not specified. The mayor's mother owns Bovet watches and a jewelry collection with precious stones.

Regarding transport, in 2020 Trukhanov drove a rented Range Rover 2012 from Lesor Odesa LLC, and this information remained unchanged in the declarations for 2021 and 2022.

The mayor received a salary of 267 thousand 139 hryvnias in 2020, 277 thousand 913 hryvnias in 2021 and 285 thousand 574 hryvnias in 2022, while serving as the mayor of Odesa.

In 2020, the mayor received 283,421 hryvnias from renting property. However, in 2021 and 2022, he did not rent out the property.

In 2021 and 2022, the mayor did not receive expensive gifts, as was the case in previous years.

It is also worth noting that in 2022 the mayor's sources of income decreased. The declaration for this year does not include the income from the coupon fee on securities and the full repayment of the nominal value of the bonds of the domestic state loan, which are indicated in the declarations for 2020 and 2021.

In 2020, the mayor's mother received 23 thousand 416 hryvnias of coupon income and 1 million 158 thousand 910 hryvnias from the full repayment of the face value of the domestic state loan bonds. In 2021, it received 45 thousand 775 hryvnias of coupon income and 1 million 142 thousand 232 hryvnias from the full repayment of bonds.

The mother also receives a pension in the amount of 27 thousand 440 hryvnias in 2020, 34 thousand 198 hryvnias in 2021 and 41 thousand 170 hryvnias in 2022. Preferential payments as a child of war amount to 1,816 hryvnias (2020), 2,394 hryvnias (2021) and 2,646 hryvnias (2022).

Regarding the income from the rental of property, in 2020 the mayor received 9.5 thousand hryvnias, in 2021 - 10 thousand 731 hryvnias, and the same amount was recorded in the declaration for 2022.

In the declarations of the mayor of Odesa for 2021 and 2022, a new item of income appeared - the stepfather's pension. In 2021, this amount amounted to 97 thousand 664 hryvnias, and in 2022 it increased to 110 thousand 464 hryvnias.

In 2022, the mayor also noted that he has 180,000 dollars in cash, along with 355,913 hryvnias. In 2022, there were 418 thousand 777 hryvnias, 2 thousand 526 dollars and 16 thousand 247 euros in bank accounts.

The mayor's mother, for her part, also kept significant sums in cash and bank accounts. In 2020, she had 1.3 million hryvnias and 233 thousand dollars in cash, and 7 thousand 782 hryvnias and 1 thousand 94 dollars in banks. In 2021, in cash - 1 million 33 thousand 840 hryvnias and 658 thousand US dollars, and in banks - 20 thousand hryvnias and 44 thousand 782 US dollars. At the time of 2022, the amount of cash amounted to 846 thousand 740 hryvnias and 502 thousand 782 US dollars, and in bank accounts - 29 thousand 490 hryvnias.

The declarations for 2021 and 2022 revealed small amounts of investments in the banks of the Odesa mayor's stepfather - 774 hryvnias in 2022 and 380 hryvnias in 2021.

We will remind that in 2018 the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) tried to prove in court that the mayor continues to live together with his ex-wife, Tetyana Koltunova. Detectives claimed that Gennadiy Trukhanov deliberately hid information about property registered in the name of his ex-wife in his declarations for 2015-2016, with a total value of over 52 million hryvnias.

During one of the searches in the apartment, which the detectives believed to be the common residence of Trukhanov and Koltunova, they found the mayor's belongings, as well as an equipped office, which, according to them, was used by the mayor himself.

In addition, in the course of the investigation, two bank cards in the name of Gennady Trukhanov, issued by the "Pivdenny" bank and valid until May 2018, were discovered. According to the legislation, the mayor had to indicate the property of all family members in the declaration, but he indicated only the mother and daughter, who were not indicated as owners of the apartment.

Despite this, the mayor claimed in an interview with the mass media that he had been divorced from his wife since 1997.
