Yesterday, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 11084 , known as the "white business club", in which an important amendment remained. According to this amendment, the government should provide companies from the special list with the opportunity to additionally book up to 25% of their employees who are conscripted.
This information is confirmed by the comparative table on the page of the draft law. The initiator of the law is Danylo Hetmantsev, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, from the Servant of the People party. The law provides for the creation of a separate list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary tax compliance, who will receive certain advantages in tax administration during martial law.
Amendment No. 391, which provided for additional reservation of employees, initially did not find support among deputies, but later it became known that it was a mistake, and it remained in the text of the draft law under No. 392.
According to Danylo Hetmantsev's considered amendment, the government recommends changes to the Order of reservation of conscripts for companies included in the list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation, namely up to 25% of their employees.
The draft law on the "white business club" was also supported by the head of the Committee, Danylo Hetmantsev, who noted the need to create this list to ensure effective tax administration.
