The Armed Forces plan to mobilize 500,000 people: reasons and consequences

Our source reports that this year they will try to mobilize exactly 500,000 Ukrainians into the Armed Forces.
There are two reasons. 1. Shortage of manpower in the Armed Forces, where there is currently a shortfall of about 250-400 thousand people
2. Large-scale losses of the Armed Forces at the front. By the end of the year, the direct and indirect losses of the Armed Forces will be about 80-150 thousand (+ wounded, + deserters/ defectors, etc.). This is due to the fact that the Russians continue to pour bombs on Ukraine's positions (more and more every day), and the rear is more often flown by the accumulation of manpower, since the air defense shortage has increased.

Conclusion: 500,000 people will definitely try to mobilize/capture, although they will constantly lie that less is needed, so as not to frighten the conscripts.

The defenders, who for various reasons need to be withdrawn to the rear, are forced to continuously perform combat tasks. According to the statement of the commander of the combined forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Sodol, the Russian army outnumbers the Ukrainian army by almost seven to ten times in terms of the number of soldiers at the front. Speaking at the Verkhovna Rada, he noted that the Defense Forces have a noticeable shortage of personnel.

"Many branches have only two, or three or four people left, while according to the statutes there should have been 8-10 of them," explained Sodol. "According to tactical norms, these units must guarantee defense on 100 meters of the front. But if there are only two of them, they can provide defense only on 20 meters of the front."

In such circumstances, instead of one brigade, which should defend it, two or three are placed on one section of the front. These brigades would have to be in the rear area to restore forces, maintain weapons, or even to prepare for the next brigade change on duty or to create a new strike group. However, due to the lack of sufficient personnel, Ukrainian soldiers work continuously, without the opportunity to properly restore their strength.
