The family of 32-year-old Serhiy Kovalchuk states that his son was taken from the TCC to the hospital with a skull base fracture.

Doctors confirm that a man with TCC was delivered in an extremely serious condition in a coma with a diagnosis of "closed brain injury, linear fracture of the parietal bone, right-sided intracranial hematoma, focal contusion of the brain, diffuse contusion of the brain, fracture of the lower jaw, pneumonia, caused by aspiration of food or vomitus.
The beaten man was on a ventilator for 4 days. Died without regaining consciousness.
The official diagnosis is epilepsy.
Neighbors say that the man was not conscripted, as he had epilepsy, but they came to his house with a summons and took him to the TCC.
A local resident claims that this is the fourth or fifth such case in the city.
